BRR Guardian Modaraba has established, as its division, a purpose built security vault, known as B.R.R. Security Vault-Custodial & Repository Service( here-in after called the Vault), offering total protection and safety for their valuables to the citizens of this country.

For the purpose of conducting the operations of the vault, B.R.R. Guardian Modaraba shall license   for usage upon an annual license fee, steel lockers in  different sizes located on the various floors of the Vault building. B.R.R. Guardian Modaraba shall thus be the “Licensor” and the person/company utilizing  the locker upon payment of an annual license fee shall be the “Licensees”. Throughout the agreement whenever mention is  made of the Licensee or his action/obligations in the masculine gender, it shall include also the feminine gender.
